What would i need and what exercises. I plan on buying a machine such as a bow-flex with my saved up money. Anything like that, that can build upper back muscle, pectorals muscles, and forearm/arm muscle? This is for football btw. I need to get in shape. I’m pretty scrawny so i plan on doing low reps and high weights to build muscle mass instead of endurance/toned. So any tips, exercises, or a preferred workout machine you use?
