Tuesday, January 19th, 2010im on a diet and have been for the last few months… first started cutting out meals now i eat 1 salad a day..lettuce carrot, 1 cod piece bean sprouts and a piece of friut.thats my food for the day..i was doing half hour exersise a day untill i got to 10 stone 2 and no more would budge..then i got the flu and couldnt exersise for 3 days and my weight dropped to 9 stone 7.how come???? was it i lost muscle while not exersising?? i now do 2 hours exersise a day and if i do be naughty and have a bit of choclate i make sure i burn it strait off.can i still get fat this way??? i keep to a certain ammount of callories a day but somedays i do cheat but i want to know if as long as i burn it off its ok??? i want to go down to about 8 half stone (about 125 pound) and the weight loss is slow now so if i stopped exersising for a couple of days would it make me loose the m,uscle i built like last time and drop more weight???
