timothy_902000 asked:
I’ve been working out for a little over a month now. I started out doing 120 push ups every day, and then settled into a routine that had me working out every other day. I was gaining muscle rapidly, but then it seemed to come to a halt. Now it seems that my muscles are just tightening up. I look just as scrawny as ever, and I don’t know what to do about it. I wanted to make a change in my appearance this summer so I can have a fresh start for my Junior year, and I thought working out would work. What can I do to build muscle now that my muscle growth has seemingly stopped?

I understand that there is a difference between genders when it comes to building muscle mass etc., but I am curious as to why and how the rate of development is different between individuals of the same gender. Exactly what happens biologically that makes two people different in the actual “creation” of muscle mass?
Does metabolism build muscle? Wow…I am feeling so blonde right now. Okay, anyone have a little more description to the process by which amino acids build differently for one person than another? Or, am I wrong that that has anything to do with protein and muscle building…I feel I’m on the verge of understanding the biology behind it but I’m not quite there…

I am 13 and a little over 3 months old, and am trying to loose weight and build muscle. Is the acai berry good to help teens with losing weight. Also is it better to just get the berry or supplement, and what stores can you find the berry in.

jake2632 asked: What are some good workouts to build overall body muscle, i don’t have much time on my hands to to train each individual part, so i need something that will work for multiple parts of my body.
All i own is a dumbell and barbell set. Any other effective tips to build overall muscle would be much appreciated thanks.

I am 14 and am a pretty scrawny kid but I want to build muscle w/o using heavy weights. I **** lifting so much, it’s just too dull to keep myself motivated. Any fun workout routines (aerobic, etc.) that help build muscle quickly without the use of heavy weights? Thanks in advance.
I was kind of joking when I said scrawny. I’m just skinny.

ztc asked: I want to build upper body muscle mass. I know that the best workouts for building muscle mass are high weight/low rep type workouts, but what kind of weekly workout should I do?
Should I do one day of benching and curls with 3 sets of 5 reps, then the next day do something like triceps and squats with same amount of sets and reps and repeat these two processes throughout the week?
I do not have access to a gym, only a weight bench where I can bench and do arm/leg curls and squats. Not sure what other kind of excercises I can do with this setup.
