Hi i can bench about 142 give or take according to the max bench calculators. I can bench 95 pounds 16 times. I was wondering if someone can help me with my reps and how much i should lift. How can i build muscle and lose weight at the same time?

Whats happens if you dont eat enough when trying to build muscle?

I’ve heard that doing long bouts of high intensity cardio will undermine my attempts to build muscle?
