Im about 5′8 and 120 pounds but i have a fast motabalism and its nearly impossible for me to gain weight. And i wanna build muscle and get bigger by gaining weight and working out. But i cant go to the gym cuz of money issues so how do i do this at home if i only have dumbells. And also if its impossible to gain weight, then how do i do it?
I dont wanna lose anymore weight , i wanna gain weight while gaining muscle

I’ve been doing a lot of running and biking. I want to balance out the aerobic exercise with some strength training. Sure, I want to build some muscle , but I don’t want to keep growing muscle and eventually wind up oversized- I want to build muscle to a normal extent and from there build up muscle endurance as much as I can. How can I do this?

I have a weight training class four days a week and i lift after school on mondays and thursdays and then i work out at home on tuesdays fridays and saturdays.
