chrisj7682 asked:
I would like to lose weight, but also build muscle. So this is what i’m proposing: 30 minute workout on the treadmill and then 30 minute workout with muscle, focusing on one part of the body each day, I would go three times a week. Is this is a good routine? Please inform me of a better one if you can. Thank you.

I’m 15 and I am around average weight but I’m very self conscious about my chest and midsection fat. I’m also pretty weak. I need some great, easy, not too time consuming exercises to lose fat and build muscle. (But mostly just to lose chest and midsection fat)

I don’t have a steady schedule, and I usually only have late nights to do extra stuff. I am an athletic build, but I would like to gain some muscle in my arms and chest. Any pointers?

Hide asked: exactly what it says
how do you burn off chest fat to flatten it completely and build muscle/definition? Nothing like bulky definition but just nice, evened out and tight definition without any flab/fat.
Can someone give me suggestions on exercises? and how quickly can the fat be lost?

Fieldrunnerbob asked:
I swim 6 days a week at a fairly high intensity for 1 and a half to 2 hours. I also do heavy lifting about 4 times a week and am 15. Does swimming the day after weights stop the muscle I’ve broken down in the gym from healing, or does it aid the recovery? Also does swimming in general inhibit muscle growth or make it easier to build muscle?

college girl (: asked:
I heard that when you work out, that you basically tear the muscle fibers, and that if you drink a glass of Chocolate milk, helps restore the proteins in the muscle fibers and helps with building more muscle fibers to create more elasticity and strength. Is that true? I run everyday and will drinking a glass of milk while eating right help with the forming of stronger muscles?
