I already use a protein supplement like Muscle Milk and GNC Mass XXX, but over 2 years i only get minimal results. is there anything else, like supplements or foods that will help buid muscle faster. Also anything to help stamina? i run hills to build power and speed and that it also only minimal results. just trying to get answers. thanks

I have always had really high muscle endurance for high reps. I can build on high reps and build the weight really easily. Should I do more low rep high weight to recruit more different type fibers or should I take advantage of high reps?
