I am 15 years old 5′7” 120 pounds and I work out every day on different muscle groups. I’m trying to build muscle and I found that I am supposed to take 3,000-4,000 calories a day to do this. I’m having trouble getting this many calories a day even tho I eat 6 meals a day. I eat very healthy. Anyone have a way I can get this many calories?
