Are there any workouts that are designed to build muscle and not to help you loose weight?
Saturday, February 28th, 2009Jennifer asked:
I have a small frame and my weight is low, but do not suffer from any eating disorders. I’ve decided that I would like to start to get in shape and start building body muscle but I’m afraid that if I start a workout program I will begin to loose weight, which I can’t afford to do. Are there any workouts that are designed to build muscle instead of loosing weight?

I really want to build muscle in my biceps and arms. Its seems that it would give me better confidence and an edge in sports. I also want to get a six pack. (who doesn’t?) Im not really sure what workouts to do and how to handle them. Im 5′10, 15, and i weigh about 150. Im really skinny now but I want to beef up for football. I have all summer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Best way to gain weight and build muscle?
Wednesday, February 18th, 2009Joe B asked:
Hey, I am 16 years old and weigh 130 lbs. I would like to gain weight and build muscle since I am relatively tall and don’t want to be completely skinny. I also play a lot of sports so performance is an issue too. What is the most healthiest, best way to gain weight and strength at my age? Thanks.

How can I build muscle and mass?
Monday, February 16th, 2009Ricky asked:
I want to build muscle and alot of mass by summer time starting now but I only have Dumbells that go from 10 – 15 – 20 – 25 – 30 – 35 – 40
so I want a routine or something that I can do with just these to build muscle.

As a sixteen year old, would any of you guys reccomend taking supplements to help myself build muscle?
Sunday, February 15th, 2009Joe asked:
I am due to start my rugby season in roughly a month. I would like to build up some extra muscle before I start, but do not want to lose fat. I am thinking of getting some sort of supplement that will give me more “bulk”. Am I slightly too young for supplements still, and will a big, healthy diet be just as beneficial. I am working out roughly 3 times per week.
