Everytime I start some new supplement (currently on 10grams of Glutamine, one multivitamin, 2 fish oil tablets, and 30grams of protein a day), nothing seems to work.
Would prefer to have a body that is not overly built,but at least some definition and no fat. Can somebody help me?
Does consuming a large amount of soy protein immediately after a workout really help build muscle?

How can I build muscle for horseback riding without a horse?
