Is it harder to build muscle when i lift weights on an empty stomach?
Saturday, October 31st, 2009Ok so ive been trying to lose the fat and build muscle. you know…typical fitness goals. the fat is coming away nicely. my routine is to do my lifts for whatever muscle groups i have that day and then swim 1200 meters. but since about a month ago ive been doing this before breakfast. is doing such an intense routine on an empty stomach sabotaging my goal of building muscle? i do eat afterwards and i know not to eat a lot before i work out just answer the question at hand please
