is this a good workout plan to build muscle and burn fat?

eat 2 big meals- go to the gym and lift weights for about 2 hours to build muscle- come home and eat my post workout meal- then go swim in my pool for about an hour to burn fat- then eat after my swimming workout- then have a protein shake before bed. im 136 pounds and 5′8″ tall. i have 13% body fat and i want to go down to at least 8 % body fat to see my abs clearly.

i am a 13 yr old boy, and want to build up my muscle to impress the girls (at least i am being honest) and just to get plain fit. i already do 100 push ups and 100 sit ups a day and 20 pull ups,
is there anything that you would suggest to build that little muscle tissue up.
and please don’t lecture me on you don’t have to impress ladies like that and thats too much hard work for the body.
i am 13 i am not going to start popping pills
or get into the roids or anything

I just took a job laying pipe and found out I don’t have the muscle and to outta shape to do the job but don’t wanna quit. How can I build up muscle enough to do the job. Would Creatine or Whey protein before work a good idea. Gotta be able to lift 100 lbs multiple times, which I could do for about 10 pipes and than I just cant do it anymore. PLEASE HELP IM 24 male
