I am trying to build muscle but am trying to incorporate a day of fasting; is this ok?
Friday, March 12th, 2010For 4 days out of the week, I do strength intervals that work out the core and I also put in one day of HIIT on the tread.
My diet contains on average 120 grams of protein a day plus fiber, veggies, fruits, and lots of water.
But I’m also trying this fasting thing for one day out of the 2 days of rest. I was wondering if this was ok/healthy for muscle building.
